​How to make sure that trips are uploaded to server

  1. The status of trip transfer can be verified through an ‘upload’ icon on the App
    1. ​An upwards arrow represents trips yet to be uploaded
    2. A tick mark represents successfully uploaded

Could not find trip on portal

Please click on the ‘Custom date’ radio button on the portal and enter correct time window. This should show you all the trips uploaded
